National-Survey-Panel : SCAM!
I have done a lot of research about this site and everything tells me that this is a scam. It is usually listed on money making sites as a partner site where you can sign up or complete a survey to earn points for another site (like cashcrate) This site is known to sell users email addresses, phone numbers, and even home addresses. I will NEVER use this site, I don't think you should either!

Any tips on how to make the barrage of emails stop? I am getting so many emails from them, have tried to unsubscribe but that doesn't work. Am afraid that I will need to get another email account, yuk!
This is a great question! I am glad you asked, because I have been facing the same problem. I made the mistake of thinking I was only going to join one paid to click site and be able to control the emails, so I used my personal account. Boy, was I wrong. For the past few weeks I have been unsubscribing to almost all the spams I get. I start off with a few each day - logically the ones that I get the most from. I unsubscribe to a few, then delete the rest. The next day I do the same. and I have been doing this for a few weeks, and now I only get about 10 spam emails a day, down from 200-300ish. So, I suggest you try to unsubscribe to nearly everything. Once the number of spam emails is low, they are easier to control.
